Partnership calculator
Enter both batters’ contributions and any extras scored during the stand.
Partnership runs = Batter A + Batter B + Extras during the stand
How this works
A partnership total includes extras conceded while the two batters were together, which is why it is often a few runs higher than the sum of the two individual scores.
The share figures show who did the scoring. A stand of 110 split 80/25 reads very differently from one split 55/50.
Common questions
Do extras belong to the partnership?
Yes. Any extras conceded while the pair were batting together count towards the stand, though not towards either batter’s personal score.
What happens if a batter retires?
The partnership ends there. A new stand begins when the replacement batter arrives.
