Tell us

If something on this site is wrong, use the contact form or the report link at the foot of any article. Include the page address and what you believe is incorrect. Every report is read.

What we do

Factual errors are fixed as soon as we can confirm the correct position. When the error was material — a wrong result, a wrong name, a wrong number that changes the meaning — we add a dated correction note at the top of the article saying what was wrong and what it now says. We do not quietly rewrite a published claim.

Minor errors such as a typo or a broken link are fixed without a note.

Stale data on an automatically refreshed page is not a correction but a refresh. Those pages carry a last-updated time so you can see how current they are.

Response time

We aim to acknowledge a correction request within two working days and to resolve it within five.

Takedown and copyright

If you believe material on this site infringes your copyright, write to us with the page address, a description of the work and your contact details. We will review it promptly and remove anything we cannot justify keeping.

Right of reply

If you are named in an article and consider it unfair, contact us. We will consider a correction, a clarification or a statement from you.
