About us

CricDamamla is an independent cricket information site. It brings fixtures, results, rankings, records, player and team data together in one place, and adds calculators for the numbers cricket fans work out by hand.

What we publish

The site holds structured cricket data: matches with a venue and a start time, results with a scoreline, players with a role and a country, teams with a record against every other team. Around that data sit written previews, analysis and explainers.

How the site is updated

Data refreshes run on a schedule through the day from openly licensed datasets and official listings. Every data-led page shows when it was last refreshed.

Articles are a separate matter. Every article on CricDamamla is written and published by a person. Editors have drafting tools available inside the admin panel, but nothing reaches the public site without an editor reading it and clicking publish. There is no automatic publishing pipeline, and the site does not aim for a daily article quota.

What we are not

CricDamamla has no affiliation with the International Cricket Council, the Board of Control for Cricket in India, the Indian Premier League, or any cricket board, league or governing body. We provide no official cricket services, sell no tickets, and run no competitions. Team, league and tournament names appear on this site to describe the cricket they refer to and remain the property of their owners.

We do not carry a licensed live-score feed. Rather than present periodically refreshed numbers as live coverage, pages state plainly when the data was last updated.
